Neighborhood Block Party
Last Sunday we had a fantastic block party in our neighborhood. As I often do, I hosted a giant clay station with tables all set up for anyone to come by and create. I was there to help along with my friend Kim and wife Patty. The kids turned out in droves and their creations were amazing. They’re completely free with the clay and I picked up a couple good ideas watching them. I’m always trying to get things geometrically perfect but the kids’ freewheeling sculptures made me want to let myself go more.
