Joaquin Miller Park - Back We Go

Recently, we went out to leave a fairy house in a new park in North Oakland. But sadly, Google Maps let us down and when we got to the address, there was no park to be seen anywhere. With heavy hearts we started to drive home.

But Melissa has a rule that we can never come back with unplaced fairy abodes still packed in the trunk. We must find a park where we can set them out. So we did a quick consult just as we were driving by Joaquin Miller Park. A Perfect Location. We did a fast u-turn and parked by the entrance. There’s a grand stone seat perfect for fairy houses and that’s where we placed our fairy abode. Actually, this time, it was a tiny home for a purple snail, along with some gnomes in search of a home!
