Jasper P. Driver Plaza
The Jasper P. Driver Plaza in North Oakland is a little sliver of a park with a ton of neighborly spirit and support. We were overjoyed to add our fairy house to the mix of community garden, meeting spot, and food distribution going on there.
There are many fruit trees planted and maintained by the neighborhood. In addition, there is food distribution there on a regular basis; with lots of chairs and tables for people to gather around. The park is kept clean by an association of neighbors.
